Timetable/Rates
Please be reminded that all members need to book into their classes in advance using the online booking system or by phone/email. Classes can be booked up to 10 days in advance Please do not get into the habit of just turning up, as members who have not booked run the risk of being turned away if classes are running at full capacity.
All new members will have to complete the On Ramp course before being admitted to the CrossFit classes.

Membership Fees
‘On Ramp’
On Ramp class is a pre requisite for all members wanting to join CrossFit Asphodel. The On Ramp teaches the CrossFit movements which will be used regularly in small groups to new CrossFit athletes. This consists of 4 hrs of coaching.
These classes will also contain education on the recommended nutritional plan to optimise results from CrossFit training and effective warm-up and mobility routines that are present in each and every CrossFit session, to improve and correct dysfunction. On Ramp accelerate is available every first and third weekend of the month, Saturday at 12:00 - 14:00 and Sunday 13:00 - 15:00. All 4hrs must be attended. All reservations must be confirmed prior to attendance at the course to ensure a place is available and you have the correct starting dates.
- Cost is HKD$1250
After completing the On Ramp program athletes are entitled to attend the full selection of CrossFit classes.
‘3x Weekly’
Our basic membership includes the following:
- 12 one-hour small group classes per month
- Professional instruction from certified CrossFit coaches
- Online monitoring of results and progress
- Short and intense workouts resulting in rapid gains in strength, endurance and overall health
- Cost is HKD$1800 per month – working out to be only HKD$150 per session.
‘Unlimited’
Our unlimited membership allows for unlimited visits within a calendar month.
- Cost is HKD$2400 month which could work out as little as HKD$100 per session.
'Drop In'
If you are a travelling CrossFitter or just require additional flexibility with your training schedule, we also offer single drop-ins at $200 a class.
Personal Training
1 Session - $800
10 Sessions - $7000 (3 month expiry)
'Private On Ramp'
For individuals training outside of usual On Ramp hours, Personal Training prices will apply and these sessions should be booked in advance.

All memberships are payable monthly via our online payment gateway or in person at the gym via cash, cheque or bank transfer.
